Recent Partnership
KinTrades partnered with Anacostia River Church to support the Nationwide Day of Second Chances Job Fair in Washington, D.C. (April 2026). Employers including UPS posted open roles on KinTrades and connected with skilled trades workers rebuilding their careers.
We're actively seeking partners who serve second-chance workers, veterans, SNAP recipients, long-term unemployed, TANF recipients, vocational rehab referrals, and other WOTC-eligible workers in the skilled trades.

Grant Compliance Tracking
Built-in reporting for GO Virginia, WIOA, federal grants, and custom metrics
