  • Review applications and record an outcome within 10 business days.
  • Tell people no. A clear decline lets someone move on. Silence costs them a real opportunity.
  • Keep postings current — close a role when it is filled or gone.
  • Post only roles you are hiring for, with pay and schedule you will honor.
