KinTrades isn’t a national job board passing through Fairfax. It’s a Virginia-based hiring platform built by people who employ trades workers themselves — for the neighbors, residents, and workers who keep this region running.

A KinTrades profile stays with the worker. Their pathway doesn’t reset when a program ends.
Virginia’s Full Employment Program pays an employer $500 to $1,000 a month, for up to six months, to hire an eligible candidate we match you with. Participants are referred to KinTrades as a workforce partner, so you post a role and we do the rest. There is program paperwork, and we walk you through it.
Not every candidate is eligible, and eligibility is confirmed with the referring agency when you are ready to hire. Separately, KinTrades pays its own partnership hiring incentives of up to $250 when a hire starts and up to $500 at ninety days.
